These people are always ugly as f*ck. If they looked better, had some minimum attention from the women and built a healthy social network they would not turn into miserable scum. Now, they might have been racist, but maybe not far right, and the terrorist kind.

There are about 170k on welfare in Ireland. The vast majority work, but some people, even with work, need to be subsidised via rent.

I would not go that far. Many good people have faces that are not good-looking, and there are plenty of psychopaths who are good-looking. I have avoided plenty of women who were high-grade in the external sense, but utter trash in everything else. And then you have women who are not very impressive physically but very beautiful in everything else. The latter are worth more because they require a better human core to cultivate values, behavior, and a sense of being rather than being born with good physical genetics.

It's just that often people who look worse might cope worse with life on average, while good-looking sociopaths can have better behavior since they are physically gifted. The latter can pretend to be better socially, while some outliers among not-so-handsome people have a chip on their shoulders. Plenty of terrible people are like the mid-grade who envy the nice-looking people. These people populate most of the gossip and vindictive spirals on the internet.

But here is the thing, you are right in the sense that, good-looking people look uglier when they are rotten. I have no interest in a woman who is rotten, even if she were 10/10. People lose the nuur on their faces.

Oh i didnt mean ugly in a conventional sense. like there are people who are conventionally unattractive features but i will not sense them out to be truly ugly because there will be something pleasant in their proportion or they will have a calming effect over their face if they're good. Even in less optimistic cases i will just feel neutral about it as opposed to the visceral reaction of deep disgust and fear i get from seeing faces like those white supremacists or any psychopathic dangerous individual. then there's conventionally beautiful people who may have individual features that look good but they have like a weird ferocious stare and an unsettling way they hold their face, for lack of a better explanation. Think of richard ramirez or that woman who killed her baby. Trust me im not going about it in an eugenics way.
