More and More people just using Zaad and SL shilling the rate currently now is 8300 per $.

I wish the Central Bank made an offer to PL and other states granting to use the SL currently as SO money is 30k+ per $ in some areas. I know it won't be accepted due to animosity but an olive branch for further peace.

FGS is working with IMF to bring in new currency. However IMF has alot of economic preconditions, Somalia also needs many anti-counterfeit procedures for the money so as to limit any corruption.

It was 2 years ago when that was unannounced. Do you know how bad the situation is? From Puntland to Beledweyne no one is using cash anymore and only use Golis/Hormuud mobile money transfer. Its still alive past Beledweyne into the south and stable because they use old Siad barre shillings and have long banned the fake mass printed Garowe money that has became absolutely worthless. 1 dollar is worth 80,000 Sh in PL which is outta this world.

Even if the project fails, you will likely still make money. Seriously look into what Jack Mallers did and see if you can copy-paste his strategy.

Somalia's corrupt government officials also would like bitcoin as they can do tax evasion more easily with it. These crooks probably hide their wealth in Somalia from their Western home countries.

Over a 4 year period, bitcoin always goes up. So it could arguably even help Somalia's poor who have no bank accounts.
