The girl from Togo does not look Somali or North-East African at all. I'm convinced people are blind. This is another pure West African girl. Not all of them have broad features but still would never mistake them for Horner. People can be conventionally attractive from any ethnicity still doesn't make them look the part.

I can acknowledge beauty or handsomeness no matter the place. What they all have in common is facial symmetry and balance independent of their facial features which are somewhat variable. I'm not easily deceived by skin, hair or eye colour, hair texture, or length.
A lot of it is in the face/bone structure and that's not easily amenable (unless you want to break bones literally and risk nerve damage with an uncertain outcome). It's all about alignment, balance, and health to some extent.
