@FBIsomalia Diyano family have gone into an unholy alliance with Farmajo, he wants to cause conflict in PL and then Farmajo tells Americans that PL cannot manage their own security and our security will be managed by Nabad n Noolal similar to GM/HS and Mogadishu.
We must come together as puntites and save our security institutions from being merged with the dysfunctional shabab symapthising SFG. Look what happened to ahlul sunnah when they gave up the security of their area, shabab is encroaching on them. Anyway @DR OSMAN first learn what federalism means and the devolution of power between the federal government and the local state governments. Under federalism only the federal government is head of the armed forces. Technically the PSF should be under the command of President Farmaajo.
You are anti federalist what you are proposing is for puntland to be like somaliland. You are against everything that the federal government is suppose to be in charge of under the constitution. There is no difference between somaliland and puntland.

PL will only transfer it's duties when we deem it 'reasonable' and safe to do so and when Somalia government follows the rule of law agreed upon in the constitution.
