A while ago, I created a programme, which would source data from feeds of Covent Garden, Piccadilly Circus, Trafalgar Square in the West End, query target images, either photo-derived mostly scrapped off social medium, or dmv, and if a target person is found in the vicinity, s(he) would be tagged. Tested it with mates, who worked in the City, or comedy club / pub-hopping, and its accuracy was decent for the most part, more so for the pink hide, if hit and miss with hoody-clad, dark-hued species. Same for buses and trains. Great for human spotting on weekends.
