Etymology of the world ship and male elephant.

Ship = Doon, meaning bringer, never realised this even though its obvious. Im sure this is not the only world, I would like to know the others.

Im not sure about this but the word or one of the words for male elephant is buur, meaning mountain, hill. This correct?

I am not knowledgeable on Ethnology at all but I dont think Soon has ant connection to bring. There are similar words thought the Indian Ocean for boat. I think it has something to do with Dhow
