Haa, hes Ethiopian. His hair is too curly to be Somali. His jaw and facial structure is also more defined; Somalis' is in between Bantu (other direction of defined) and Ethiopians. I don't blame him though. Many Somalis claimed Madhibaan or Hawiye or Darod or Isaaq and lied about their qabiil during the year it was convenient.
