Majority of the troops they have is outside ATMIs. They only have 3k as part of ATMIs. Around 7k outside system inside Somalia. 10k Ethiopian troops will not leave in 2 weeks. They basically already said they not leaving while MOU was still in effect don’t get your hopes up
