"Upon going operational, the project is expected to generate $1.4 billion annually for Ethiopia, and this revenue is expected to grow to up to $7 billion in the coming years, Motuma revealed.

POLY-GCL chairman Barton Yu said his company will strive to complete the project by 2020."

We will see Ethiopia become the most developed country in Africa in the coming years.

Over are dead bodies will make sure the pipe line is blown to bits got that connects nigga shilabo town is very close to the somali border

Looool you are a pathetic raw meat muncher. How dare you think you will profit in the billions from whats beneath our feet whilst our children dont see a penny of it? Pipelines are hard to defend because they are very long and cover long distances. Furthermore a simple firefight between somali and raw meat eating dogs is enough to scare away oil exploration prospects.

The operation was halted due to oromo uprising.
Nah, it's taking a bit to get an agreement with Djibouti over the LNG plant being built. I don't think it even passes the Oromo region. Even if it did, they would be expelled. I read somewhere that 20% goes to the region for developmental work. Do you have any info on this?
