Somaliland should be pushing for a favourable arrangement in Ethiopia post ethnic federalism. Dir region of harar should be created lead by Ahmed Shide based out of Dir Dhaba or Jigjiga. Decoupling from Ogaden while taking reasonable Ogaden like reer isaaq with us into our region. Somaliland will be like Singapore inshallah

With our oil money we should build infrastructure in Somaliland to attract investment. We should heavily invest in our adjacent region of Ethiopia and build political and economic capital there
Tigray won't be independent I predict
It will or Ethiopia will have a state collapse due to sanctions and end up on an arms embargo like Somalia under the thumb of the UN Security Council. They let Eritrea go and you think they won’t let Tigray a ting region with a small population and little resources. That’s why they’re having Ethiopian peace talks and Abiye and afwerkiw have a rift now. Afwerki hasn’t let go and is trying to make deals with Amhara and Afar jabhads. This is good for Somaliland and the Addis Harar Berbera corridor.

Nope it’s Ogaden’s decision with what ever happens with the region. Even if the Ethiopian government supports minorities from Gabiley or Berbera it will not change the way the region is managed and influenced which always flows through Ogaden
