You are right. I thought I saw 250k somewhere a long time ago, but I may have confused it with displaced peoples population in refugee camps around SR.

Nonetheless, my point still stands. There are a sizable Somali population in the Oromo capital as opposed to a non existent Somali population in Xabashi land.
