Are there plans to export electricity from Ethiopia to Somalia? I only saw Sudan, South Sudan and Kenya being included. Eritrea and Somalia seem to be left out.

As far as I know, currently Ethiopia is exporting only to Sudan, Djibouti and Kenya. The plan is of course to export to all our neighbours and if possible even beyond (Egypt, etc.). So I think it is safe to say Somalia is in the plan.
