I was in central the other day. There were large groups of migrant young men- who I assume were staying in one of the hotels or homeless -smoking cannabis and drinking cheap liquor in front of families and children. Mind you, this is a next to a famous place to relax in central London which use to be clean and pleasant. I could tell a few tourists or locals who came for the day were shocked. I myself got out of there within a short while due to the intoxicating smells and dirt.
This issue will keep imploding especially when you have stories like this Ethiopian man allegedly raping young girls into after a few days of arriving.

why do British authorities not relocate refugees to small cities, keep them away from other locals, from drugs, alcohol etc

They used to house them in closed communities until they got their asylum sorted, nowadays it's hostels, and they have to find a place to sleep. It's poorly run and majority of these places are dirty, and usually run by family/friends of politicians.
