Even in the eastern front in 1943, they had vacations and although they lost Stalingrad, it wasn't yet over. It's a far cry from the days when the Germans were on a victory tour across France & enjoying their vacation in that country lol....

The fall of Germany must have been the demoralising event for Germans till this day. I can't imagine watching this if this happened to Somalia
Wallahi they got violatedit's funny, the Treaty of Versailles that pissed the Germans off so much that led to the rise of the Nazis was actually much kinder than the treaties of Sèvres and Trianon:
Hungary went from one of the most prominent European nations to a landlocked poor irrelevant nation in Central Europe. They absolutely destroyed them.
I think a similar secret treaty has been made to divide Somalia up worse than this.it's funny, the Treaty of Versailles that pissed the Germans off so much that led to the rise of the Nazis was actually much kinder than the treaties of Sèvres and Trianon:

Trust me bro, there were no vacations on the eastern front. Especially in Russia, Ukraine etc.Even in the eastern front in 1943, they had vacations and although they lost Stalingrad, it wasn't yet over.

it was the eastern front that dealt a severe blow to the Germans, first Moscow in 41,then stalingrad and kursk in 43. after kursk it was all ova for the Germans, it was the biggest tank battle in history called operation Citadel and had the Germans succeeded was straight shot to Moscow,it was do or die for both.
the russians neva looked back after the kursk victory and continued to ukraine, in 1944 they did operation Bagration in the central front that took thm straight to kaliningrad in east Gemany.
without the eastern front there would have neva been D Day invasion and the war probably would have been decided by the atomic bomb just like japan.
The troops were overextended and the land too far vast. When Invading Russia, you have to start with Siberia
