He can’t sue for defamation if it’s true….. Remember like I said earlier Trump was very nice when asked about Ghislaine in 2020, and said the exact same thing then as he is saying about Elon right now, that he supposedly knows nothing but just wishes them “well”

The Ghislaine Maxwell "wish" was very weird, at the time I was sure that more would come out about Trump's relationship. But it was radio silence.

All trump has to do is prove it caused harm to his reputation, and the defendant (Elon) was at least negligent in making the statement. For public officials or public figures (Also trump), he must prove "actual malice," meaning the defendant (Elon) knew the statement was false or acted with reckless disregard for the truth.
