From what I'm hearing Xawaadle have killed an Baadicade sargaal part of the delegation who spoke his mind at a meeting in Eji. Ali Guudlaawe sent a delegation made up all the clans that inhabit the border area.
The baadicade was part of the Jalalaqsi district maamul. They killed someone from their own maamul certified cawaan

Its not a sargaal but a Nabadoon who said the border between Abgaal and Xawaadle is north of Eji then Nuur Dheere staff shot him in the head.
