Highest I ever got was £650 + A Canada Goose Jacket. So happy I was.

Now, I am the one who pays for Eid Money, everyone, from, wife to sister.

Usually, and normally it would be £20 + Food and trip to funfair, but that stopped the day I left UK.

My first Eid in Somalia , I had been given a macawis and $10.

I was young and crazy, so I got angery. After that, I would get lower and lower till

I never got Eid money they would ask me in advance what gifts would I like , none of my families memebers even lived in the country so I didn't get anything from them either .

No real relatives (apart from my half aunties/uncles that don't acknowledge my family) around here I get none. If I'm lucky my parents would give me a pound and some pennies, to buy chicken and chips and a can of shaani.
