I have nothing against foreign teachers as long as they are qualified. Who is this guy? Isn't there a somali teacher in all of Puntland that can do the same job? I'm always suspicious of foreign professionals coming to Somalia. If you are a good doctor, dentist, teacher etc why would you work in Somalia? Think about it only a somali professional has a legit reason to work in Somalia. Foreign professionals who choose somalia may do so because they don't have the qualifications or the ability to work in their own country.
Before the war foreign professionals were actually good, Egyptian teachers were the best but highly trained and sent directly from Al Azhar
