Obviously,Ethiopia is the future of the Horn and our neighbour and are going nowhere.So it's best to continue having Ethiopia on our side! Plus Egypt and Sudan are heavily against our Ictiraaf!

Another main thing is the SL port deal. Bollore and DP have been shortlisted by SL and this means another major port in the red sea...to hell with Egypt and other Arab nations.
