Egyptians men are creepy no stereotyping
I watched this video last night, it was funny.
This isn't the first time I've heard about bad experiences in Egypt.

Honestly, most of my extended family have lived there, I was just there on holiday and neither them nor I have anything bad to say about that place.
I will say this tho, Egypt is a place where you have to be with a tour guide. If you try visiting sites alone, you’ll get finessed. But that happens in any developing nation.
I think most of these bad reviews are cadaans who thought Egypt was like Europe and decided to go to these sites alone and got finessed badly.
For any Somali going to Egypt, there are Somali-run tour companies that will look after you.
I swear Egypt is a well known shithole. Them man over there grope anything that moves, not to mention the poverty etc..
I lived in Egypt for more than a decade. At tourists destinations & government offices it is definitely a nightmare. But those people are poor, uneducated (some of them are illiterate) and mistreated everywhere, that’s why they seem very annoying. However, from the inside they are good people and very funny. I went to turkey and the Netherlands. Turkish people and the Arab people in Netherlands are rude compared to the Egyptians. I have never ever experienced any discriminatory racism in Egypt. When they (middle -class people) know I am a foreigner they ask me some questions, which is a bit repetitive. It is important to have someone who knows the country to be with you, so you don’t get scammed. Visit Egypt in the winter (late December to early January), and Egypt shops, malls close really late (until midnights) unlike western countries. Visit also Alexandria, beaches and the oases. It is a great country to get middle-eastern vibes from.

Me and @Apollo both have family there and have visited. Both of us have vouched for the place on numerous threads.
You also have a Somali that lived in Egypt defending it on this thread.
But no, we should listen to some random cadaans on reddit. As I said, it’s not Europe but most of these cadaans had bad experiences because they didn’t go with your groups.

Egypt is kind to Somalis for the most part I agree, but Cadaans shouldnt go anywhere near Egypt anymore

Cadaans are safe if they do tour groups because you’ll be with a street smart Egyptian who knows who to give baksheesh to.
But when you’re cadaan and decide to visit these tourist places by yourself in Egypt, everyone is scamming you.

I am sorry for her wallahi. I only get men telling me to smile (mostly taxi drivers) not Uber drivers because I have a resting face. I say “tmam” which means ok and don’t smile and I just say tmam to anything they ask me afterwards “what do you study?” Me: tmam (thanks to masks now). Some of them say I am not letting you pay anything because you look sad. If I ask them to put away their cigarettes and slow down their speed, they always do compared to Turkish taxi drivers, they answer back with grumpy flat “No” in English. This Uber driver gave me money once for my errands (let alone paying him) because I forgot my wallet at home and I asked him to take me back. But he said this is my number pay it back anytime you want. He could have easily taken me back and charged me ofc twice, my home was near.My cousin got groped ,
