I dont support banning niqab and I don’t support forcing niqab. Both are against the deen and set dangerous precedents.

This would never happen in Somalia though because our people are not Pashtuns. It would be 20 times more likely for Somali women to wear niqab because of skin bleaching than because they want to, or in your case, forced to.

Niqabis don’t cover their faces on government ids and school officials have access to a photo of their face. Niqabis are rare. If you were among a niqabi long-term, the chances of their being another niqabi is slim to none, doesn’t matter whether you live in America or Egypt.

As much as I do support people’s rights to wear what ever they want I don’t support this sort of practice.

Similar to how I don’t support naked people walking down the streets -they may say it’s my body and my rights but the reality is; it’s not appropriate and uncivilised to walk down naked in public.

You had no intention of supporting them to begin with hence the need to come up with that justification. You can’t hire someone without having copies of their ids and proof of citizenship. Employers would need all that and women can’t wear niqab in their ids anywhere. Niqabis don’t have an issue with this.

also women are allowed to show their face due to neccesity, alot of psuedo salafis who have no knowledge think neccesity is like life or death, no neccesity is like daily life stuff
for example if you are buying something form someone u can show ur face so if u need a refund they can recognise etc..
so i are allowed to show ur face for work purposes so they can identify u if they need, but u should be able to wear a niqaab during work

It is not a necessity. Women don't need to work especially in hostile environments where their rights are violated, they should be housewives for their husbands.

Next, you will say women should fornicate with their bosses if they were conditioned on that to get a job because it's necessity.

You don't know necessity and you don't understand the deen properly, I would advise you to not involve yourself in topics like this that are clearly above your grade.

I would never say that, removing niqaab due to neccesity is not commiting zinaa, if you studied fiqh like you claimed (i do not believe you btw) you would know the conditions of niqaab and that it can be taken off, their is no conditions to not committing zina. in fact zina is haram in and within itself whereas a women showing her face is not.
You are a pseudo student of knowledge if you are making these claims and all my teachers would laugh about how stupid your claims are, in fact anyone I know who is a student of knowledge would laugh at your stupidity.

during the time of Rasuulullah sallallahu alayhi wasalam its not like the slave women were allowed to not wear hjaab because they worked in difficult conditions
