Educated Women outnumber educated men

Yes; women are more likely to have university/college degrees in the west. However, there are income disparities between men and women. Men earn more on average (in the same job) and are more likely to be in higher-paying fields. I hate to say this, but popping babies might be the cause of the gender pay gap.

That's exactly what it is the more time you can put in the more money you make
Women have a disadvantage on that

Also factoring in that women in general don't go into fields that pay a lot and even in the fields women do dominate you never see them in the administration or higher up positions

Yeah but depends what you mean by educated. A woman veterinarian and a male nuclear physicist are not on an equal footing.
