It will be great if every Somali had degrees, but it isn’t feasible for many because they don’t and can’t have the required knowledge to pursue them. Moreover, a tradie can earn a better income than many uni graduates and if they have half a brain could establish a business that makes hundreds of thousands if not a couple of millions p/a. Arguably, learning a trade is far more valuable (in income) terms) than attaining degrees like an Arts Degree. .

Yes; women are more likely to have university/college degrees in the west. However, there are income disparities between men and women. Men earn more on average (in the same job) and are more likely to be in higher-paying fields. I hate to say this, but popping babies might be the cause of the gender pay gap.
