Yes but this is not the first time for Somaliland region. There was many other disasters whether it is the droughts or the cyclone in Awdal that always needed fundraising, they need to learn to prepare for the future.

Every other country does the same when an environmental disaster happens. A few weeks ago a tornado ripped through a state in the US and they had to do a national fundraiser in one of the most wealthiest countries on earth.
