Can u imagine your city right now where there is only 'houses' and nothing else. No roads, no water supply, no electricity, no hospital, no schools? there is clearly a lack of government services that was missing. Already Deni did the agreement with kilika and representative of the kilika come to PL for that. After kilika representative Ethiopia ambassador originally from kilika came to PL.
