Truthfulness so often goes with ruthlessness
If it is made right than it is good.

What you do is before you cook it, you let it sit in a water for few hours to get it really fat and soft. After it is cooked, it ahold be soft and mushy.

Cambulo is probably a southern cuisine. I never had it. The legume dishes we eat consist of misir, hariko, fuul and qarbac in Djibouti and somaliland
