A family who was traveling from Garowe to Baido and stranded in Beledweyne due to the flooding in Beledweyne were robbed of a father and husband.

The killing happened in Hiiran bile which is a settlement/neighborhood in east beledweyne.


There’s been at least 5 killings and countless robberies in the past 4 days in eastern beledweyne.

It wasn’t a soldier that killed him. In fact rahanweyn soldiers from Danab came to his aid after xawaadle mooryans killed him in front of his family and left him dead there for an hour. They alerted the Amisom troops there and his body was transported to a hospital.

Xawaadle users are now trying to shift blame but this isn’t the only murders that happened in East Beledweyne.

This young man was also killed yesterday.
