It's probably not 20% in Somalis, it just 20% in a one small sample (only like 5 people If I recall correctly). It is related to E-M293.

It is also called E-Y5919.

Northeast African Pastoral Neolithic.

It isn't a local paleo lineage. Probably came with the Cushites, just less successful in Somalis.
