If the gulf ever allowed their citizenship to go to expats you’d see crazy migration. They don’t even allow the expats to buy homes and tax them unlike their citizens.
i know this white dude here who’s family lived in Saudi for 20 years working for Aramco. The kid loves the place but said they never felt welcome and weren’t allowed to stay after his dad got laid off
