Half my bad dreams involve the police for some reason. Few weeks back I dreamt I shot an officer in the heat of it and I specifically remember pacing and yelling "f*ck it, I'm not going jail". I get home and there's this tense and uneasy feeling, like the calm before the storm. Which is always the worst part of the dream. They always find me and it always end up in a violent confrontation before I wake up.

I see people say it's really scary a lot.
Basically when you wake up you can't move your body at all and a lot of people get really scary hallucinations. It usually lasts a few seconds or a minute
I once died in a dream. I was at the mall and some guy started shooting up the place. He finally caught me and shot me in the eye. I woke up in a dark room with a transparent ceiling. Pretty weird.
When I was younger, I had a dream about a giant serpent with wings(it wasn't a dragon). There was also a swarm of bugs following it around.
There was another dream I had about a tiger who was on a highway and saw me from miles away and it started chasing me. My legs were so fucking slow, I couldn't even run. I finally got into some room with a curtain that I hid behind. I woke up once I heard it enter the room though.
My worst recurring nightmare is a soccer field though. The atmosphere is all dark green. The goal post seems extremely distant and I keep zooming in on it, but I can't move.

Yeah i started to sleep on my stomache and it does help, usually I get sleep paralysis when I sleep on my back.
I used to dream about lions a lot and snakes. The lions would always be in my house or the back garden. I once had a dream a snake was on top of me wrapping itself around my throat then I woke up and I swear I thought I saw the snake in my bed and ran out of the room and shut the door when I peaked through the door nothing was there. Scary shit. 
Apprently its not a good sign if you dream of those things.
