Majority of people don't like to read essays but rather listen.

Ironically I prefer writing, it's easy to formulate, process, and structure thoughts when written then orally. That's why most people fail job interviews, it's bloody hard and gift to be an orator. It's one of the reason why I never really intend to run for leadership of anything in a country or business.

I love policy work, advisory work, thinking work, it's my joy and passion not made up. I love problem and visionary work and formulating the right balance of policies to address a vision and present it in 'factual and measurable' way. I am just not great at converting thought processes to word as well as written. But I will take your idea on board and present more audio.

Essays are not 5-6 paragraphs, if you can barely read a newspaper article worth of information, dude that is pretty bad and how you survive in academia or university is beyond me. It's not a textbook or research paper the amount of content I provide written. It's at max 10 minute read that can maybe change your views on a certain matter or allows you to criticize a fault in my idea.

I am big supporter of the european renaiisance, It's the freedom of speech and freedom of idea platform that made europe thrive in renaissance as they walked away from secrecy, two face, hiding type of society and no transparency culture which unfortunately we still have the symptoms of in business, govt, societal, etc. It's not like we want to be no 1 but we don't adopt the culture for it and you can't have it both ways and eat that cake boy

I understand it may be difficult but it's probably because you are used to typing more than oral recording, it's easier to be a listener than a reader you need a pretty strong attention.

Also these vocaaros can be saved on YouTube as Dr Osman's Podcast and you might get many listeners considering there is not many Somali podcasts so you could profit from it.

If you study the european renaiisance u will find that one break-through they made was cultural. They said no more hiding shit and playing tricks on each other, they said open society is what we aim for where all ideas need to be presented for review and assessment. That was purely brilliant if you look at what it has led to for them today, total transparency, total confidence in the world in it's products, knowledge, leadership, basically any sector they touch turns to gold.

Just simple idea that argued 'knowledge cannot be fostered' thru a society based on fear, hate, secrecy, hidden, etc as it cannot be measured or tested or replaced. You technically could be hiding something that isn't working for you but you think it is but haven't presented it to the society due to not being open and free based as American veraciously defend these values, they know it's the foundation and bed-rock of their success. Knowledge age cannot happen in a type of Somali society we have, I am sorry anyone who tells you otherwise is rocking your boat. Knowledge isn't developed hidden and in secrecy, if it was Somalia would be bastion of success not failures.

@Veteran in short basing our socialist policies around key areas is crucial is what I was arguing for. Areas around production hour(8-12/4-8 cycle due to climate), holidays public or religious as this is down-time in production, religious consideration during the day and how it can be 'recovered', wages obviously based on 'industry awards' ensuring it's determined thru market forces that the person has the right to be able to live, buy or rent shelter, food, health, and have a family.

These must be some basic ideals we share either as party or society as a whole, maybe not as a society as some believe in free market like our Garowe mayor, so maybe we should then create parties to reflect our different views like the world does and let the people decide as we present our economic policy platforms and the capitalist lovers bring their platform.

I measured if each worker regardless of industry is paid 1k a month in Garowe cuz that's automatically 12k GDP per capita by simply following market forces of ensuring their salary/wage is based on their district cost of living using the cost or rent of a standard home in that district.

Obviously this will adjust outside of Garowe as cost of living decreases, the salary decreases to reflect the 30% ratio system Australia has which ensured their market has reached full maturity cause the worker salary only dedicates 30% of their income to housing, the rest goes into 'spending' generating more work in the service sector(eventually sophisticated and diverse and specialization sectors start to happen to respond to the customer demand meaning more workers automatically).

Our rural population can be allocated basic industries like farming-livestock-fishery and in the future mineral/mining/oil sector work following our industrial wage standard so their income reflect national cost of living realities. You can then inject that extra funds from oil/minerals into other highly lucrative industries into world market not just locally.

I also support an idea of 50/50 foreign/local portfolio in PL in partership, I do not want to see a future Mogadishu in PL with capitalist walking away with our money and giving it to their employees like 5 star hotel owned by turk who gets 25k a day based on 200 a night and all of that goes into bringing turks from turkey for 5 year job stints as managers, waiters, etc paid turkish wages and taking advantage of international customers in Mogadishu while the locals get cleaning or laboring job like most african economies.

Their basically being robbed of their market and they 'smile' at the thief. As Somalis are not equipped with knowledge on economic slavery and abuse as they only the 'violent conquest, colonial, slavery' they are still amateurs about economic slavery as they can't believe it such powerful tool.

@Veteran the point I am making is you need to set the baseline conditions, hours, salaries, taxation rate that the govt takes per person, per company(be it percentile revenue or flat rate) both have pros/cons percentile revenue is 'unpredictable taxes' yearly from Business(plus corruption is more likely), flat rate is reliable and guaranteed even though you should be taxing more some companies the reliability ensures government service delivery to keep the economy moving and never stopping.

The second it stops be it govt policy, infrastructure unreliability, etc then costs start piling up and not benefits. Niggas pull out before it blows out of Proportion the loss.

There is these key sectors that are standard world-wide

1. Basic(factory, warehouse, farming, livestock, fishery) intended for unskilled pool
2. Service(shops mainly but not limited to that) they generate due to workers having money to spend
3. Minerals-Oil-Mining(the shit somalis die for due to gulf copy-cat)
4. Tourism
5. Banking(Somalis have another phobia of key industry) hence fighting 'culture' is hardest part as Renaissance proved.
6. Professional sector(technology, financial, accountant) this is service sector also as they deliver services they generate once your workers are generated.
7. Engineer Sector(this is all industries) again they need workers with money to build them homes, roads, bridges, govt contracts, etc. It all depends on your worker policy wallahi the whole economy, it's centered around shacabka.

These are 'standard' sectors in all nations the only one industry that is unique to America is

1. Knowledge economy their intellectual properties in all sectors. I don't suggest PL think of this for at least 40 years as it will be wasted investment as China hasn't reached this stage. The other nation are small contributors but nothing significant compared to their 'outgoing' cost.

I absolutely agree sxb, that is the foundation.

Veteran our people are the most easily 'converted' people, you can tell by the brain power and how it's more inclined for unproven ideas(god worship, anti interest, E1B1 dna, Somalinimo is REAL), the amount of unproven ideas they fall for indicates a very low brain-power. You can literally take this guy 'swap' of DNA and he actually thinks what u tell him is 'true' and he doesn't stop to ask, what scientific process does ancient genelogy fall under, endorsement, academic acceptance, ma jiro sxb wixi 'european' renaiisance uu keentay europeanka.

The question I am wondering is how do we foster it. I mean these niggas even publish GOVT Somali budgets not knowing budgets are predictions and end of year factuals, he will take the prediction and post a news article on it. I've noticed anything unscientific or unproven Somalis are susceptibl to fall for. You can convert them within 25-50 years of carefully policy planning and implementation as the mind isn't even capable of taking 'data' like 'ministry' capacity in terms of staff(onsite, offsite), equipments, utility, other expenses and work out hey is 10 million for this ministry 'workable' or 'realistic'?

Somaliland is even more backwards they had an alleged military budget of 70 million. That's the salary of 1 million soldiers. Waxyaabaha basicka ma jiro 'calculation, review, probability, etc'. So it's going to be hard to entertain investors to come and invest in high skilled industries and they will be stuck in 'low sectors' for people. I heard education policies can change this and there is some proof to this based on how a singaporean used to think in the 60s and now is vastly different, thanks to their visionary leader who was steadfast on his vision and managed the policies to get there. Your dealing with one the 'least' developed minds in the world, you can't sell this as 'hey silicon valley' come and invest your new microsoft artificial intelligence lab here, damn this nigga can barely troubleshoot following the troubleshooting principles.

Make money off your podcasts. Shame for them to be scattered around and collecting dust.

Brother I don't want to make money of knowledge, there is no point as the whole idea of the renaissance was to share it freely so society can increase, add, modify and begin a culture of open-ness or else u revert to 'secrecy, closed' societies and there is no possible knowledge growth as you see in those parts of the world who have failed to accept the renaissance values which illa manta is the bedrock of American system 'freedom of speech and ideas not qarsoodi' way fahameen benefitkasi, they will continously evolve and grow as the rest remain stale as it's all secret, no transparency, no measurement, no ideas circulating as people wanna make money of it, no 'cilm' weeye.

Bahashu lacag ma ahee, waa wax umada uu bahan waxani or they remain in that vicious dead end cycle. It's my society anyways and the least I can do for my ancestors who gave me the opportunity I have today, I don't need money from it, it doesn't feel like I business proposal waxani as it feels like society empowerment.
