They'll just retaliate. Remember after the recent clashes in Baraawe, Hawiye elders met up and threatened to stop paying taxes and stop co-operating with the KG gov't. Given their current dominance in L/S, it will force KG to its knees.

I totally agree. There needs to be a long term plan to deal with the isbariistes.

But the reality is that the squatters are not dominating population wise rather militarily and financially. They've bought a lot of the farms or xooged them 91. But there is a plan which we can weaken their power and dominance which over time will happen.

U shud tell clans in SW whether it's darod in bakool sare or lower shabelle hawiye squatters. U r all under Rahanwayn and if u don't like it, go to your regions.
