The Kuumade community elders held a conference in Jigjiga. The Main talking points were about setting up a temporary council that would prepare the upcoming events & meetings of the Kuumade community. The other issue was security related as it dealt with Ogaden Kuumade communities living in the settlements of Caleen, Ceel Dibir & Fadhi Garaadle being attacked by encroaching militas from Somalia and how to deal with such terrorist activities.

Wardheer: security meeting

The Somali state regional forces led by minister of Internal security Mubashir Raage, Governor Yusuf Abdullahi Xibil & top commanders of the DDS forces held a conference in the city of Wardheer to discuss the security situation in Doolo region. After long talks were concluded they have taken measures to make sure the criminal militas who invaded and obstructed the many peaceful years the region have seen are brought to justice and given the taste of the Law.

Doollo won’t be totally under makahiil control until we have a makahiil president. If ogaden knew anything about politics, they would replace cagjar with makahiil or at least make our next guy makahiil.

Buurta Deegaanka Ceel Gaab located in Farjano village Ferfer district. This area is settled by the Bahgeri subclan of Ogaden. CeelGaab was the former stronghold of Sayid Maxamed Hassan & Darawiishta in Doh region before their capture of Beledweyne city in 1913.
