Yes all the time, not only for the reerka but also for any fellow Somali who needs help.
I have never paid in tribal qaraan. My zakaat is once a year, the obligatory one. Inshalaah i will do it more than once.
Very important as upholding daqan is crucial to Somalinimo.
There's usually a death/murder every year, my parents usually send a couple thousand and their condolences.
