I agreed with her that Yemeni culture is inferior in respect to women's rights. The way they treat women is abhorrent and has nothing to do with Islam.

I thought about it, and I have never seen or heard a Yemeni woman. We must learn from our neighbors because our women are very visible and loud. When women of a community are acting degenerate and immoral, that is one of the signs of men who failed to control their women.

I renember seeing this video. At certain age in yemen especially for girls youre expected to wear the niqab. If you go to yemen ur not going to see a single women without one. Thats just their culture.
I knew this one yemeni girl and her life seemed like hell wallahi. Shes over 22 and she had to hide her phone alot because her family didnt allow her to have a social media presence, even if it was just to text me!
Logistically speaking, theyre just very conservative tight-knit people in general. Id know since theres alot in my area. Yemeni women still act like theyre in yemen even in the west.

Yeh I found out yesterday that the somaliland region legalised it they made a bill pitch in 2020
horrific as for the other Somali regions I donโt know I hope not
but I do remember sheikh Umal being against a bill that would protect child married victims,raped victims etc. and for some reason they made into a lgbtq acceptance debate so people would not support the bill nasty

There's two bill, the first one is the Sexual Offences Bill which is the one that is being pushed by Sacdiya.Yeh I found out yesterday that the somaliland region legalised it they made a bill pitch in 2020
The second one is the controversial Sexual Intercourse Bill that was proposed in 2020 by the parliamentary committee after the lower house returned the Sexual Offences Bill.
I don't think the Sexual Intercourse Bill will be approved, the last time we heard about it was when it was proposed and it was condemned by a lot of international partners.
