I think that saying that honor killings are part of Arab culture is misleading. This act is only widespread among the people of the Levant, such as the Syrians, Lebanese, Jordanians, and others, but you will not see this in the Gulf because the law there is strict. Look at Kuwait as an example. There is mixing in universities between men and women, and women can wear whatever they want
