Does The Seychelles and Mauritius have any history with Somalia?

both countries/islands are actually really close to Somalia and they used to be a part of east Africa (until they broke off). And both countries are in east Africa. Both islands used to have a close relationship with other East African Nations.

Tbh both islands are incredibly beautiful. They are even One of the the most beautiful country in Africa

like somalia, they have their own cultures and can’t be compared to other African cultures (even their traditional clothes and food are unique on their own):

And Mauritius, like Somalia, doesn’t have a huge Christian population at all compared to the other East African countries. Mauritians mostly practice Hinduism and Mauritius alone has the biggest population of Hindus in Africa and the 3rd biggest Hindus in the world. Islam is a largely practiced religion in Mauritius too.

Like the caribbeans, their populations and culture was manufactured. These islands were empty before the colonialists came thru. They brought Chinese, africans and indians to their plantations and soon enough a creole culture emerged

They were uninhabited islands until modern history.

The fact that Somalis did not discover Socotra nor Seychelles is a massive L in our history while Indonesians reached Madagascar before everybody.

Good thing we didn't discover them, can you imagine these beautiful islands would've been divided into qabil lines backward as f*ck and beefing each other all over the place :mjlol:
