Jokes aside. My dream is to create a city/state with it's own constitution, government, police, currency, education, passport, banking system in Somalia. Which also is a qabiil free, something like hongkong.
We will give Somali diaspora, highly educated/skilled Somalis and business community a land to build on. Borrow some cash from foreign banks and build few key infrastructure and also lend some of the money back to the people with cheap to 0 interest rate. And make it tax heaven, so we can attract more foreign investors. We gonna build a massive shipping port, in of the free economic zone.
