Does Mogadishu's business elite still retain clan militias like they used to in 2005?

Hortel retained 1000 men while the coca-cola franchise had 200 militia men in 2005. The big dog Aboukar Umar Adane had 2000 loyal clan soldiers at his barracks. The business community in Mogadishu faced a lot of insecurity back then and decided to arm themselves to protect their interests. Are the elite businessmen still armed to the teeth in Mogadishu today?

Probably got some weapons stored in a garage-compound somewhere in Mog. Numbers have to be down because of all of the post 2005 changes. Adane himself used up a lot of resources to fight warlord Bashir Raage and others, then the Ethiopians and then having to deal with Al-Shabaab police state confiscations. Depletion in stock for sure.
