He was anti-Garacad Port, and for that reason, I pray he never touches another seat of power again. I am tired of these politicians and their disgusting anti-development policies.

Its true but that was not his decision to make, Farmaajo was trying to pit the states against each other, Garacad was privately funded not state funded, Kheyre had no qualms with any state leader he even visited youth in north Galkacyo, funded stadiums and met with Ahmed Madoobe

Kheyre will be the 1st post oil president of Somalia and there is nothing you can do about it. Kheyre is not responsible for what happened between Puntland and Farmaajo.
The only reason you support him, is because he is your clansman. But you cannot show his track record as a Somali statesman. Instead you paint him as a clan leader.

Stadium Mogadishu, the maritime case, the National theatre etc were all funded directly by Norway who we know only work with Khaire. Debt relief, again was a collective effort but the man who put in most of the effort is Khaire. The biometric military reform, the unification of revenue collection, the salary payment directly to employees accounts arms embargo, setting up of Galmudug etc are all Kheyreβs doings.
It depends on who he is running against. As of now, it's likely that HSM, Farmaajo, and Sheikh Shariff will run. There's also a chance that Deni will run again, although it's not as certain.
In the last election, Deni came out on top in the first round, followed by Farmaajo, then HSM, and finally Kheyre. HSM gained momentum, and eventually won, in later rounds by consolidating votes.
Farmaajo has lost some popularity and the advantage of being an incumbent, and if Deni runs again, he may still lead in the first round, followed by HSM, Farmaajo, and Kheyre.
Kheyre's main opposition is HSM. If he manages to clear out HSM's support, he would have a better chance. However, it's uncertain how he would achieve that.

The very fact that Kheyre AND Farmaajo refused to support one of the biggest community funded projects aka Garacad Port, just shows how dangerous they are. Neither of them deserve Puntland's support, let them try to lobby among the rest.
