Does iblis’s name come from Latin diablos?

It may do but it honestly doesn't matter, ibliis was the word used by the arabs to refer to the satan so that is the word used by the quran. Similarly "ciisaa" is not etymologically related to original "yesuuc" from the bible, rather it was probably reappropriated by arabs from a word with a similar meaning, See this video

When he lived among the angels he was given the angel name of ʿAzāzēal, iblis was the name allah (swt) renamed him when he refused to bow to Adam - ب-ل-س means “remain forever in grief”

Wiktionary says b-l-s root might be backformed from ibliis because the ifciil form is usually for loanwords
Alternatively, it has been maintained to originate from the trilateral root ب ل س (b l s) with the meaning of "despairing [of God's mercy] or confounded [and unable to see the right course]" from the verb أَبْلَسَ (ʔablasa). This would, however, require the trilateral root to take the form if'īl which, excepting إحليل, is usually associated with words of non-Arabic origin (see إدريس, إكليل, إنجيل, إبريز, and إبريق).
Also about ibliis previous name being cazaaziil i cant find any source about that besides tafsiir ibn kathiir who says it as a narration of ibn cabbaas that i cant find
In general information about cazaaziil seems to come solely from tafsiir texts with no reference or sufi writings which read like folk tradition I will stay away

Iblis is mentioned 11 times in Quran. Obviously its an Arabic name. It rhymes with Queen of Sheeba also known as Bilqis. Meaning Iblis is king of the Jiins realm

The paper this theory is based on
The inscription is written in safaa'iyyah which is an ancient north arabian script but it is somehow really close to modern arabic so i have transcribed it into modern arabic script for easier reading. Reads as follows

ل وهبئل بن جيز بن ءعبس بن ءحبب بن رفئت بن عبط بن خل بن قطط بن ذنبن
و وجم على خالـه هـأشللي
هـعسي نصرـه مـ كفرـك

By/For WHB'L son of GYZ son of 'CBS son of 'XBB son of RF'T son of CBṬ son of K͡HL son of QṬṬ son of D͡HNBN
And he was depressed (grieved) upon his adeer the 'S͡HLLy
The CSY help/save him from your disbelievers/deniers [or] from disbelieving/denying you

The paper mentions that these inscriptions follow mostly similar format of abtiris then the reason of inscribing then the ducaa and in the third part they would invoke a deity, the paper makes the case that the CSY figure mentioned in this ducaa is cognate ancestor of arabic عيسى term because of the same root and thus proving the christian prescence in arabia as well as the term unrelated to yesuuc that ends up being referred to in the Quraan

I believe iblis is a tribe of shaitan or jiinis

I always wondered if shaytans are born shaytans or do they keep recruiting jinns to be one to follow iblis orders until they die?
