Does Anyone Know State Craft

I am very focused on state craft because this will set a course and retain knowledge and progress and not be dependent on the leader of the day who will only add towards the course. Politics needs to be well crafted so it doesn't lead to back n forth and cancelling each other out every 5 years. Plus we can't rely on people short term ideas which may be corrupted to personal interest.

The following exists in terms of structures usually guided by constitutions and rule of law.

1. Republics.
2. Theocracy
3. Monarchy
4. Mix of some or all

State organs tend to be

1. Govt
2. Parliament
3. Courts

State structures tend to be

1. Federal
2. Confederal
3. Unitarian

Mode of Power

1. Elections,
2. Dictactorships
3. Dynasty Inheritance
4. Mix of some or all

The question I have is how do we achieve long retention of human capital by ensuring experience can develop and not be cancelled out in our institutions with the change of govt.

This requires state craft to ensure this crucial area of progress doesn't fall down to politics or reliant on 1 person who may die or may become corrupt or will be removed due to elections.

This is something all our leaders should sit down and set a course and ensure everyone in power holds a shared course not flip flop or cancel themselves out. We must work like a team with a set course that no-one can change becuz it has been settled and agreed to that it will produce dividiends and rapid progress for centuries to come. Political stability is a big index for investors and nation to nation relation, no-one invests or creates ties with flip floppers or uncertainty.

Successful countries do not play politics on state/institutional craft for centuries so it can lead to accumulated progress over time, but if everything is over-ridden or falls down to politics of the day, nothing tangible will be achieved in the long run and every generation inherits the same environment from 100 years ago. We must avoid that political death cycle that freedom can cause.

@anon2 I am sure you have seen what Im talking about the dilemma we face in terms of holding a course for centuries and not flip flopping or cancelling each other out, it reduces our political stability index which will effect investors all the way to our national friends who will just say we are to risky or flip flop to be serious partners in our mutual interest or knowledge transfers which should be a big priority for our state craft. I want our descendants to enter a world that was different to the one we lived in and have a better future.

@Inquisitive_ I hear your concern about social decay and that must be discussed how to end it. I think social decay ends when ppl are accountable. Id cards for a start. ID cards must list useful information related to the clan and elder so when govt does auditing of unproductivity(crime, drug use, prison, unemployment, bad school performances, bad work performance even in private industry), it can present it to the nation where the burden is ocurring in terms of clans and those elders brought in to sit/learn from successful elders with the lowest social decay. They don't even need to advertise out personal names of the ppl, just their clan statistics yearly, so they can better themselves and not remain in failure.

This benefits the underperforming clan to improve and it also ensure motivation of the clans with highest productivity isn't lost and that the bad clans will be reformed and not allowed to exist in their failure and infect others. Somalis think these issues must be concealed becuz it may foster division and not unity, if it is then that clan will never improve and be a nuisance to the nation and may even effect the good clans who will lose hope, this lack of accountability will lead to the social decay to grow further. Yes we must not put the other clan down but say we will help u reform so u catch up with the rest. That's different to discrimination

The other problem is having politicians within everything in our state institutions, courts, govt. This can be mitigated with isimo oversight official and reserve powers to save state from politics.

Mark my words politicians will use every institution or may even create parties and corrupt it for their short term gains. To much power vested into politicians is a risk and needs mitigating maybe thru ISIMO using UK system of reserver emergency powers to save the state when politicians become monkeys, but isimo dont need political day to day power. This ensure they think at qaran level not SHAKSI becuz their power will effect the whole state @Tropical Breeze

There must be a separation of politcs from state organs, members of the bar n judges alike should be barred from making choices based on political, qabil or any other biases.

To ensure this Judges should only be selected from those who have a clean n healthy background. No involvement in terrorism, no past criminal records and number one aspect should be never in engaging in mooryan behaviour. When they are being selected they must provide 5 people who are not of direct or extended families lineage to testify for them and their persona. Similar to character and fitness test of the US bar.

What about institutions to hold a shared course that we agree on so the leader just contributes but cannot cancel without everyone re-discussing changing the course. Not relying on 5 year politicians and personal interests constantly. The institutional rott and social decay is undeniable and on top of that political instability changing course every 5 years. This is considered a volatile environment n risk to all investors, creditors, global partners. HSM cancelled all farmajo work, and someone else will cancel hsm work and the cycle continues while rwanda is holding a course and doesnt change and so did all successful countries.

Wax guud baan ka hadla anigu markay state craft noqoto not shaksi, i dont point out irrelevant 5 year leaders but the system n course only that we are on and im well known for that. Once i know the course n state craft is perfect, u will never hear from me again unless their can be improvement in the presidential capabilities and only if its 'systemic' not just 1 shaksi.

@DR OSMAN Doctor statecraft starts with leadership. I think maybe a 1 party state with elections could work then ease into a multiparty system once development and education of the masses reaches a certain point. Somalia practically needs someone who can lead it for 20+ years, someone who can hold mold it. Like Josip Tito or Lee Kuan Yew.

It doesn't even have to be an individual per se as long as the idea is the same the same path can be followed. This is why a single party sharing a vision will be good, the leaders can be "changed" but the idea can be same.

Maybe in Somalia you can get all the popular leaders of each "tol" and create a party based on a shared vision, the "leader" is a figurehead but the party decided together what needs to be done. If the leader is seemingly unpopular due to his Qabil he can just be replaced by a party member that will continue in the same vision as him without disrupting any progress that was achieved
