i dont have ADHD but i am crazy. do u take medications or it's mild in your case. i seen lotta ppl treated with Addies and became Met-headz later so be aware

Thankfully, it mild enough not to take medication for long. I needed it as a kid to build up coping techniques and healthy habits. I was fine after that.

I've never take any meds in my teens or adulthood

yes I’m joookin sxb but alhamdulilah my mind is a little clearer now that I changed my diet after @Shimbiris gave good advice couple months ago. I’m slowly but surely gettin to optimal health that I had 5 yrs ago,
