Does anyone drink the recommended 3000 ml (3 litres) of water per day?

Cold water is delicious but I can't handle more than 1 litre a day even if I don't eat much.

How do people do it? It gets me sick to my stomach if it's too much

Typical quackademic unsubstantiated crap that even they themselves have come out recently to say 'there is no basis and in fact NOT good for you'.

I drink when my body feel thirsty this way I concentrate best on tasks and my brain is the sharpest.

I used to follow this many years back and noticed lots of lethargy as a result of it, in fact they even tell you it's dangerous because you deplete your salt reserves for nothing, the salt is what keeps a lot of processing running smoothly in your body.
