I don't often like to say this, but I'm average in math - pretty good (if I work hard), but in physics I excel, probably because the subject is so straightforward. Just memorize and understand the definitions and laws and you can solve them. Does anyone have such situations?

That's strange since a fair share of Maths is found in Physics
Yes, this is really strange. I've always felt like it was easier than math in some way, and my grades say so too, especially in high school (although sometimes I don't understand some things in it).
