Haa because Allaah loves those who turn back to him. He loves those people more than those who dont sin

عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم "وَالَّذِي نَفْسِي بِيَدِهِ لَوْ لَمْ تُذْنِبُوا لَذَهَبَ اللَّهُ بِكُمْ وَلَجَاءَ بِقَوْمٍ يُذْنِبُونَ فَيَسْتَغْفِرُونَ اللَّهَ فَيَغْفِرُ لَهُمْ" رَوَاهُ مُسْلِمٌ​

Narrated by Abu hurayra he said The prophet said «By the one whose hand has my soul, if you did not sin, Allaah would surely have done away with you and replace you with a people, sinning and asking Allaah for forgiveness, and he would forgive them.» Narrated by Muslim
