First of all change the flag. If you want unity then change that for e.g Tanzania's flag is a fusion of the peoples republic of Zanzibar's and Tanginyika's flag.

The government is 50/50 for the regions of Somaliland and Somalia. 10% each in somaliland for these following clans (isaaq,dhulo,warsangli,isse and gadbuursi). For Somalia the government can be split into 25% for these peoples (xamar, other darods [majeerteen], hawiye and minorities[Bantus,Bajuni,Italians,Britons,Arabs etc]

People will vote for the candidates in their respected regions to run in the general elections

The name needs to be changed back to pre-siad barre when everyone was united so I propose the United Somali Republic or Somali republic.

The nationality is Somali and if people want to know where you actually come from then say you respected area for e.g somalilander just like being from Tanzania but you actually are Zanzibari

Do this and you shall save Somalia from secession and the war will end all you have to do is reform the government.

Refuse this proposal then Somaliland Puntland will prosper and the South will be on the verge of collapse.

I will continue fighting for Somaliland's independence and I have no eagerness to unite with the rest of the country.
