The youth today need independent character so they can distinguish themselves and not be susceptible to trendy shitty group behavior and be challenged to do real feats that ask them to be more and exhaust more of themselves for improvement. Idle minds go crazy and find issues to surmount. A guy who is struggling to survive in the forest does not have time to develop negative personality traits.

Men back in the day had to go through some form of a challenge, rights of passage of some kind to prove their manhood and adulthood. This does not exist anymore.

One of the main pathways to the middle class for poor Americans was pretty much disregarded by most poor somalis. Meanwhile poor Cadaans, Madows and Hispanics are using the military to break into the middle class. Majority of these guys don't even do combat jobs. It's only Cadaans that are horny to see combat.

Tbh there are already a bunch of madow mentors in the community already. Most of them are coaches, teachers, priests/sheikhs, and professionals working in fields that black men are interested in.

You're bang on the money sxb. I did the whole "mentorship" bollocks for some apprentice at work. The age gap between us was less than 10yrs, but it felt like I had to constantly dumb EVERYTHING down. I only did it for career advancement but I wanted to strangle the empty headed cünt within 40mins of talking to him, I can't imagine doing it for altruistic reason.

Mentorship, education and discipline will get a sub 90IQ mouth breathing, fucking imbecilic retard-brain so far in life wallahi. Sometimes what they actually need is a good dharbaaxo with a couple suun lashes added for good measure
