"Celebrity" is dying for sure.

Back in the day, Hollywood Studios would make these actors (their products) appear polished, mysterious and sophisticated. With the rise of social media and the need to be 'relatable' people aren't in awe anymore. They can also see these people walking around looking musty in sweatpants in paparazzi pics, so they are no longer "idols" but regular people.

Then you have Covid, inflation, climate change and other crises and who in the midst of all that, cares about an overrated egotist just because they are an entertainer?

Hollywood has been disgusting and Satanic from the very beginning. Good riddance! The concept of Celebrities is Idolatry (Shirk in Islam)

Also those award shows are so cringey when you think about it. They think they are doing something so powerful and important by acting. You should see interviews with these actors, they sit there acting like they are saying something so poignant. You'd think they were saving people's lives or something with the way their egos are set up.

Clowns. The lot of them (except the ones who don't take themselves and their CRAFTTT, so seriously).
