I personally think they lack empathy and mercy. Look at how China treats anyone who believes in God and Muslims and Christians, and how North Korea persecutes anyone who says they believe in God,even if this person doesn't have a religion.
On average atheist countries are doing much better than religious countries. Look at Saudia arabia, phillipines, mexico and brazil these are some of the most religious countries in the world and their people seems to have a shitty quality of life compared to the atheist countries.not really. I just think they are dumb, but think they are smart and can think for themselves. The irony of the irony
The US is religious yet it's one of the greatest countries. On average atheist countries are doing much better than religious countries. Now look at czech republic, norway, france and sweden. These atheist countries provide their citizens with some of the highest quality of life.
There is something about religion that just makes people dumber and dumber. And you can see this in muslim and christian countries.
are you serious? there are parts of the US where ppl don't even have clean drinking waterThe US is religious yet it's one of the greatest countries.
And North Korea persecutes religious and spiritual people.are you serious? there are parts of the US where ppl don't even have clean drinking water
trueAll human beings have some degree of in-born morality unless they're have antisocial personality disorder or something like that. Hence the concept of having a conscience. Even animals like bats display rudimentary forms of things like the golden rule. If you don't care for the religious, spiritual reasonings for why this is ("God made us that way") then it probably comes from things like being social animals and realizing innately through selection that antisocial behavior is a detriment to the group and survival, especially in our original hunter-gatherer state.
Interesting of you to use china and NK as bad examples of atheist countries, while you leave out sweden, denmark and Norway, which are great examples of atheist countries

Except they do.Those countries don’t practice state atheism.
They are secular.
Secular is the USA.Those countries don’t practice state atheism.
They are secular.
Except they do.
But their laws are based upon religion, like treating people nicely. It didn't come from atheism.I was talking about Sweden, Denmark.
Those are secular countries alongside others such as the US, Australia etc.
The Taliban are terrorists and they don't represent muslims, the same way Zionists and the Evangelical far right don't represent jews and christians. The CCP are atheists and they persecute people who say,"I believe in God". Muslims and Christians are killed there. I haven't seen one atheist speaking out against religious people being killed.I can play devils advocate here and say well is Islam moral?
The Taliban persecute other religions as do numerous other Muslim majority countries.
Or are we going to come to the conclusion in which we realise that religious beliefs and/or the lack thereof should not be judged by the countries that act in its name.

Really? Show proofAtheism does not preach anything. It does not have a founder or a book or a set of rules. It is just a theory that god does not exist and a lot of people believe in this theory.
Judging it through the prism of religion such as “what is athiest values” is unfair as it never professed to be a belief or value system.
Look at the condemnation and sanctions NK is under.
Look at the criticism China regularly receives from academics and politicians, many of whom are atheist.
